I am a Hilton snob. The rooms are always comfy, and offer free breakfast and drinks (water definitely, and sometimes free alcoholic beverages), plus free dining at some locations. I also like Homewood Suites, which is a Hilton chain.

I like Homewood Suites too if there isn't an ES available. I think its Sunday - Thursdays (possibly just mon-thurs though) they offer free dinner which is nice.

Also I love their Hilton Honors Club. You earn points each stay and can redeem them for free rooms. They just started offering a reward option where you use part points and part cash. OMG I love it! I got an ES the end of the month for my birthday and it's only costing me $100 for the entire weekend. Normally the rooms run $160-$200 per night.

Embassy Suites EVERY time they are an option.. just stayed in one in Syracuse.
