High heels can be a pain in the feet

High heels can be a pain in the feet - The Washington Post

Often painstakingly selected to complete outfits, high heels put stress not just on feet, but on ankles, knees and backs, contributing to the approximately $3.5 billion spent annually in the United States for women's foot surgeries, which cause them to lose 15 million work days yearly.
I've seen many of my wimmons friends with deformed feet from decades of wearing high heels.

Personally, I like it when a lady wears flats. I'm short. :killingme:

True, though, elevating the heel seems to be way wrong from a physiological standpoint. At one point I was wearing western-style boots, and that mild amount of elevation was torture on my toes and insteps, not to mention the blisters which developed at the heels and other pressure/wear points.

I stopped wearing them regularly many years ago because I walked a lot for work and it nearly got to the point of requiring surgery. Now I only wear them on special occasions and never higher than 2 1/2 to 3". I don't understand how these young women can get around in stilettos. I chuckle whenever I see them knowing they must think they look great but that awkwardly stunted gait just ruins the look! And their feet, knees, back,.....

Keep the heels pointed towards the ceiling and you won't have any problems.

We had a strict dress code where I worked.

If you wanted to look pretty and sell the product. Wear heels.

I retired wearing ballerina flats.

P.S. I had a great health insurance plan...Butt I had to sign a paper saying that foot injuries would not be included.

This depends on your definition of a great butt.

J-Lo I will never be.

Honestly, it depends on the woman.
I prefer a well-proportioned woman. Does that make sense?
I would expect women that are small up top would have a smaller butt.
Likewise, women with a big rack have that big-ole booty to go with it.

Generally speakin, IMO a great butt would be a firm ass with some curve to it. :justsayin:
