High School rivalries

Noticed a couple of treads at the beginning of the football season, asking about HS games and rivalries.
Tonight and next week are the big ones in St. Marys.
Great Mills beats up on - I mean plays - @ Leonardtown 7 pm tonight.
Next week Chopticon gets revenge for last year @ Great Mills - maybe.
Great emotions, lots of fun laughing at whoever the 'other' teams is - true HS football at it's best.

Leonardtown @ Chopticon (Nov 5) is another big one.

Had one of those back home in Pa. with the team across the river in NJ. They weren't in the same league obviously, but they'd play the rival game every Thanksgiving and still do to this day.

It should be great. Its been a few years since they were both on a roll at the same time. The teams are going to have a blast playing each other, just hope all the fans act in a sportsmanlike manner on both sides.
