1. Gigafactory - Model Y, Cybertruck, and 4680 battery cell and pack production. Maybe Robotaxi/$25k car and Roadster production soon.
2. Bastrop - Starlink, X, Boring Co. , also a lithium processing facility
3. McGregor - Merlin and Raptor test facility, nothing sold that's down there, but employees are highly paid engineers.
4. Boca Chica - Thousands of jobs, both highly educated and degreed engineering and admin/launch team, and even more highly paid roughneck types making all the hardware work. Recently converted fabric assembly structures into a no crap huge ass Starfactory to produce Starships and Super Heavy Boosters.
And this is just Texas. Another factory going up in Nevada to build Semi trucks.
