History Channel has a good series called Hunting Hitler.

It's a known fact that Nazis made it to Argentina. Is it possible that they snuck Hitler out of Berlin. Yes. They traced out a couple "rat lines" that could get him to either Norway or Spain and on a sub. The thing is the last confirmed intelligence reports showing him in the bunker didn't allow enough time to escape Berlin before the Red Army entered the city.
Unless that was a doppelganger in the bunker.

The CIA was not in existence until September 1947.
