The statement is correct. As a Democrat in the Senate all he has to do is raise his hand when Chuck the Schmuck tell him to. He would have a staff to baby-sit him and arrange his pills each morning, and tell him what to do. The Democrat side of the Senate is not much more than assisted living, for the walking dead.
