Hogan to make "major actions" statement at 4pm...schools closing?

Gov. Hogan is planning a presser today at 4pm. Speculation is that he's going to call for schools to close and/or state workers forced to telework.

One of the three positive tests for COVID-19 in Maryland announced Wednesday night is the first case of community spread in the state.

The patient is a Prince George's County man in his 60s who had no known exposure to the virus through travel or contact with an infected individual.

Hogan is set to announce major actions at a 4 p.m. news conference at the State House.
