Lottery winners is completely understandable. It's not the guy who occasionally drops $2 on a lottery ticket that wins most often, it's the degenerate gamblers that buy hundreds or thousands of dollars of tickets a week (cycling the winnings back through).

I can't tell you how many times I just wanted to buy 1 ticket because I noticed the jackpot was several hundred million, but I had to wait behind 3 old ladies who each spent 10+ minutes buying a million different tickets (not scratchers), spending a couple hundred dollars in one visit.
