Back at the dock the fish weighed close to 12 pounds on his scale, and he knew it was a potential record. Bantista brought the fish to The Tackle Box Sunday afternoon where it weighed 10 pounds and 8 ounces on their unofficial scale. The Spanish mackerel was 33 inches long.

Just that. I need to look at the DNR site and see whats up.

damn that looks sweet. I can tell you we took the minnow out yesterday to fish right out of solomons. We were catching some pretty big spot. I caught a couple small rock throw backs.

They are more of a oily fish.... Like another member on the board had said, smoke or pepper.
