Where are my pants?
I know this topic has been done here before, but I'm looking for some more up to date opinions. My home is not for the faint of heart. I have five cats, a baby, and a husband...needless to say, the place can get pretty funky. It has not been thoroughly cleaned in at least four months, and my weekend efforts just aren't cutting it.


Can anyone recommend a reputable cleaning service (preferably insured) that works the Cedar Cove (St. Marys) area?



I'm looking for someone to come in either weekly or bi-weekly and handle bathrooms and floors (including both vacuuming of carpet and mopping of ceramic tile). Anything over and above that would be great, but not required.

i can't think of their name right now but their number is 301-994-9393 (Callaway). They clean my construction officein Lusby and they do a pretty good job! hold on I'll get their name...

Forget the franchises... They suck, have been meaning to fire my Merry Maids forever. Haven't had time, to find decent.

Molly Maid sucks. Don't use them for anything. My five year old scrubs better than they do, and they will charge you to stay longer to fix what they didn't do right the first time. My sons bathroom had some soap scum on it and they wiped and it didn't come off. I told them to redo it, and they tried and said it wouldn't come off. All they did is wipe across it with cleaner with no real scrubbing.

After they left, it took me spraying on normal bathroom cleaner (which actually got rid of half of it right off) and a simple quick scrub. That is another part of their problem; they use Molly Maid cleaning products which also suck.

Has confinement issues..
When I did Ice Princess' townhouse last year, she told me that Molly Maid was charging something like 90 bucks an hour:yikes: and that she didn't think they would do a really thorough clean.

I charged her 20 and she paid me an extra 20 to boot:yay:

I think you should find someone to clean for you who works for themselves. They keep all the money and they aren't bound by the restrictions the company gives them, I.E, if your fridge needs cleaned or you need a freezer defrosted they may not do that or charge you alot extra... Find someone you can trust, who will do what you need done and it will cost you alot less.

my office used to use molly maids. DO NOT use them! They over-charged, non-resonsive to complaints, and did not have a professional look to them. worst customer service i have ever seen from the owner Dia.
