The Calvert County Sheriff's Office will be hosting a coming home party for Deputy John Coates, he is the Deputy that was paralyzed after an accident in Dunkirk. The party will be held at the Huntingtown Volunteer Fire Department on September 1st. I know that some people have replied on here when the accident happened that know Johnny. If anyone on here that knows Johnny would like to attend, or if anyone would like to make a donation on his behalf, please let me know. The tickets are $15 each and you can either contact myself for tickets or purchase them directly from the Calvert County Sheriff's Office. All proceeds go directly to Deputy Coates to assist him with his already overwhelming medical expenses. If anyone on here is or knows anyone that was in Deputy Coates' recruit class, please let me know, I know he would love to see them there. Please send me a PM if you are interested so that we can be in touch through private e-mail or by telephone. Even if you don't want to attend, donations are appreciated. NO DONATION IS TOO SMALL!!!
