I say move the entire DHS under the DOD, they're doing mostly good, but maybe we can toughen them up.

Sure because DOD never makes a mistake? Kind of like how I got on Pax River a week ago because I showed my badge and state ID they assumed I was with the state police, when that's hardly the case? Even when I corrected their assumption, I was just waived on through.
