I just made a batch. I didn't have molds so i just spooned them out on the paper. Ya, that didn't go so well...lol! I don't think i let the mix cool enough because it went everywhere. But they are tasty. So now i have what was suppose to be 3 lollipops are now 1 big one...lol! My daughter thinks im so cool i made lolli's.

I used light corn syurp, sugar, water, flavor coloring, and food coloring.

Cherry. My son will take a couple licks and be done with it. he's not a candy/sugar kid. My daughter on the other candy loves candy! I am looking for halloween molds so i can make his class some lollipops as a gift. I never knew it was so easy. I made red, green, black, orange, and purple lollipops.

Here you go. Once you move the pot to the ice bath, let it cool for a min then you add the food coloring and flavor.

Its not coming out very good. I just checked it and the whole bottom was crystalized.

FYI on the lollipops i just made another batch that turned out great, but i had to work fast. Keep it putting it on the burner so it doesn't get hard. Turn them temp down to low. After they cool they are kinda sticky so putting them in wrappers is kinda hard.
