Looks like I will be in for the night as well. I don't mind it much, although it would be nice if mom would stop her :blahblah: or I will end up in a hotel somewhere. I didn't make plans because I was waiting for plans that I thought I might have, here it is almost 6 o'clock and am now finding out that I have no plans at all.

Let this coming year be better than all the others. Vow to do some of the things you've always wanted to do but couldn't find the time. Call up a forgotten friend. Oh and one more thing-as the year draws to a close, it's important that we don't forget those less fortunate than ourselves, such as the large mobile phone operators. These tireless organizations provide us with an almost adequate service throughout the year and all they receive in return is an inconceivably massive profit.
It is for this reason that traditionally on New Years Eve every man, woman, and child with a mobile phone donates a buck or two to the overlooked organizations. If you want to show your support then you can do the same by simply texting every arsehole in your mobile's contact list on the stroke of midnight. Such a small amount of effort for such a worthy cause.
Remember, supporting these organizations supports profit and thus capitalism and thus freedom. :killingme

According to my profile I'm older than you. I do like "senior old fart", seems to have more distinction to it than just old fart. Think I'll do as VV and take a nap and attempt to get up to watch the ball fall, although I really don't know why. Talk at ya again in about 6 hours if we're all still awake.

The place I PMed you about? I can't go there cuz we have the kids. I wouldn't go there if we didn't though cuz of the likliness <sp> of certain other people being there.

He's been sick so we just decided to stay here without having our own party as we didn't really have time to plan it or anything.

WTF is wrong with where he works? I would go insane if I didnt know my schedule til the day before. I hope he feels better :huggy:

It's not where he works, it's what he does. I'm used to it and it doesn't bother me too much.

Im sorry, this is totally my fault.

see, when those of us that qualify make reference to "old fart", we are actually talking about an age requirement that we have met to enable us to be referred to as such.

the post did not have anything to do with passing of gas, or the total number of times that one passed gas in a given period of time.

since at 30 something you obviously can not comply with the age requirements, I have no option but to believe that you are making reference to an actual out of control body function.

but,, happy new year anyway.
