Horse Eye Question

Loper

Animal Poor!
Ok Horsey peeps; I have a 4-year-old filly that has a blue spot on her right eye. It is no bigger than a pinhead and a perfect circle. It is located towards the outer edge of her eye. I noticed it today as she was getting her feet trimmed. It does not seem to bother her at all and when I tested the eye reflexes, they were fine. The eye is not weepy or swollen. She does get out of and lose her fly mask often.

She was a rescue from New Holland as a weanling and I have had her since she was around 9 months old.

Does anyone have any ideas what it might be? :buddies:

Possibly an accrual of white blood cells from an injury (scratch, poke ,etc). Could be a blind spot too but I would think the spot would be larger if that was the case. Doesn't sound like uveitis. Might be nothing but I would have it checked when you can.
