I found this publication authored by the Extension Agencies of several states. Looks to be a good source of information. I google around to get prices. You can order from the different Ext agencies for $35. Then I find it listed on Amazon for $21 used and, get this, $114.16 new through International Books. We are apparently in the wrong business!

That's unbelievable about the price differences

What, specifically, is the handbook about? IOW, is it a how-to on finding/building appropriate facilities, or a listing of places available on an area-by-area basis? Or something else entirely?

It shows specifics of barn construction, best options for layout and orientation, pasture management, fencing, seems to run the gamut of how to set up your own place. Something you can have once you're set up as an Internation book seller!
