Any One Looking for a Horse???
Hi ya'll just wanted to know if any one was intrested in leasing a horse or nows any one that is looking? we have three older horses that we use in are program that are up for lease on are property, and two for sale.
1st- Jack stands 15 hands; pure TB gelding. Ridden in a loose ring snaffle, and crop. W/T/C and jumps 18” – 2foot. Vary lazy and laid back. Would be great for some one that’s just starting to ride or lease their first horse. Grate personality, does not bite, and is great around kids. He’s a vary easy ride. [Looking for a half leaser at fair weather]
2nd- Fair Weather Mother Goose - Lena stands 15.2, pure TB mare, shows on a regular basis, jumps 2 - 2'6", does flying changes, is ridden in a full check snaffle, and hacks with a crop. Would be great for some one that is intermediate or advanced and wants to show. She's always in the ribbons. [Looking for full lease or two people to half lease at Fair Weather]
3rd- Fair Weather Sunshine- Bubbly is a Tb mare, stands 16hands, W/T/C does changes (she has a huge canter stride); schools 4’ and shows 3’. She needs an advanced rider that will take her to the top in the hunter/jumper ring. Bubbly is vary willing, loves to jump, and has a great disposition. She’s one of those point and shoot kind of horses, she’s never backed down from a fence. She’s pined at every show she’s ever attended. She’s shown Hunter/Jumper and Dressage. [Looking for a full lease at Fair Weather]

1st - Tucker- Tucker is a 16.0 h Dapple Grey TB Mare, 7 yrs old. She is a sweetheart in the barn, great personality, easy going to ride, has huge flowing gaits and a soft snaffle mouth. She is W/T/C, hacking out, and just beginning cross rails. She is healthy, has a great hoof & on reg. vaccination/deworm schedule, easy to trailer. Tucker is a stunning mare who will stand out in the show ring.

2nd- Jenny- Jenny is a 16.0 hand Chestnut TB Mare (no papers), 10 yrs old, with several years experience as a school mount and local show horse. Shes always in the ribbions.[she pined 8th for year end in schooling horse the year befor last at msa. her first year showing.] Jenny is very forgiving of rider's errors. She W/T/C and does flying changes and packs around a 2'6" course. She has a snaffle mouth and is great on trails. She does weave if left in a stall but we keep her outside 24/7. She is up to date on all vaccinations, coggins, and feet. Shes an easy keeper and easy to handle. Great for the farrier and vet, and loads.
