I know there was a equestrian yoga group/class locally a few years ago. Just wondering if anyone knew if there was still one around?

there is a pilates instructor that teaches at Maximum on Tuesday night who has done quite a bit of dressage.. she totally gets the whole posture breathing relaxation and how it relates to riding
she also has all the equipment to do pilates in her home.. i would go on tuesday i think the class is at 6:30 or 7 and try her class for $5 fee and see if you like it
the thursday night instructor is different person
