Hospital visit

I took boy for tonsilitis surgery yesterday at Saint Marys Hospital. In comes in the anesthesiologist comes in to talk to boy.
Doctor: Hi i am Dr. Blah blah
Boy: I am H
Doctor: I will be your Anesthesiologist during your surgery.
Boy: OK
Doctor: We will give you some gas to inhale, so that you can fall asleep and we can put the IV on you.
Boy: OHH
Doctor: A ssure you you won't feel anything. Any questions?
Boy: I am worried that while i am asleep I will fart!!!!
Doctor: Trying not to laugh his head off goes, Don't worry that'll be our little secret.
