Over 20 years ago a room I stayed in at a hotel in Solomons that had one. Can't remember the name of the hotel or the road. It's the same road that you take to get to the Naughty Gull's driveway, just a little further down almost at the end of the road to the right. Maybe someone knows of what hotel I speak of? I believe it's in a marina? It's been awhile, lol.

I stayed at the Comfort Imm Solomans a long time ago, they had a hot tub room.

Both the Spring Hill Suites Mariott and the Holiday Inn Express have rooms with hot tubs. Both located in Prince Frederick.

Not sure that you would technically classify it as "southern Maryland" but Herrington Harbor Inn on the Chesapeake Bay in Rosehaven (Anne Arundel county, just across the northern Calvert county line) has hot tub rooms. They also have an interesting Valentine's Day special going...

And, the waterfront suites at the Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa have whirlpool tubs (pricey, though!)

I stayed at the Comfort Imm Solomans a long time ago, they had a hot tub room.

When I was courtin' my dame many moons ago, I partook of the advantages of this room. Back then, it was a big deal to cross the bridge into another county, rather than stay at the Super 8 for a night of fun! Now it is a big deal just to order pizza....

Mine was a childish response 'cause I have a propensity for such ! .
Now on a serious note, If I had an affinity for hot tubs, I would install one in my home.
There is not enough bleach and disinfectants in the world to make me want to jump into a hotel tub. Just think of all of the flesh-eating bacteria that would be bubbling up your ..... , well you know what I mean.
