Houlihan's in Prince Frederick

According to the Baynet there's a Houlihan's in Prince Frederick now, does anybody know if it's open yet? Here's the article "Hell's Angel" Carrying Knives Arrested at Local Bar - Southern Maryland News, Charles County, Calvert County and St. Mary's County News. Is it the same Houlihan's as Restaurant & Bar - Houlihan's I went on the homepage and it doesn't show one located in Prince Frederick and it's not one of their "coming soon" locations either.

I saw that too and was wondering if they got it mixed up with the Holligan's on Dares Beach Road where the old Roberts Deli used to be. Not sure, but would have made for a better article title.

Baynet never gets names correct.

We used to enjoy Roberts but had carryout from Houligans and it was awful.

I was in there early Sunday night for the first time. Left around 8:30.

The burgers are all 1/2 lb (nice), the nachos were decent (severed with hot fried pita chips), and they had a nice selection of beers on tap.

This is a family owned place. No connection to the link above. I enjoyed the meal and will be back.

It does not say in the article whether or not the arrest person was a customer of the bar. I find it hard to believe that it was still open @ 1:20 am (just started Sunday hours). Hate to see a stigima given to the place, just because this guys car was in the parking lot.

It's Houligan's Draft House Eatery at 135 West Dares Beach Rd. And it is the old Robert's Deli/Mom's in the Kitchen Catering location. Drove by last night to check it out.

Went there a few weeks back with a bunch of friends. I thought the food was great. I saw but didn't try the home made pretzles, they looked really good. They have live music sometimes, and the band they had the night I was there was pretty good.

Ok

It is located where the old Robert's Deli was.

The chef sends out the worst emails listing all his special events. I have no idea how I ended up on his list, as I havent been there. But, the spelling and grammar are the worst I've seen in a long time. I feel sorry for him, since he's painting a terrible picture of his restaurant through his writing.

I have been told by several people that a rather rough crowd has been spending time there.

I guess since Skores Bar and Grille closed that's the new hang out for the rough crowd:alkies: I don't know and don't want to find out.

That sucks because it seemed like a bunch of nice people were there the night I was there. Thought it would be a nice place to go to watch a game have a couple of beers and some snacks. What a shame.

Not sure the guy was even in the restaurant. Article states that the restaurant called police about a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot.

Who knows, I heard a call on the scanner around 6 that a guy with no shoes, socks only, was in Green Turtle turning over tables, then he left and was walking toward 7-11, this doesn't mean the Green Turtle is a bad place to go now.

My husband has this friend that never wears shoes. When I told him about the Greene Turtle guy, he asked what the description was.....:killingme

All I heard was that the guy was wearing no shoes, but had socks on and it was domestic realated (maybe he didn't like the domestic beer they served). He was flipping over tables. It was early though.:killingme And then that he was seen walking near 7-11 and still no shoes but wearing socks.
