Actually it's Dameron and it's my next door neighbor. Can't see flames but you can smell smoke. A couple of trucks are heading back out now.

I kept looking at my map. I know I heard them mention St. James but I could not associate it with St. James on the map :killingme

Glad nothing got hosed up.

I know what made her suspect it, right before the storm came through there was a simultaneous light/explosion. I assumed lightening hit a tree, Lord knows that's happend a few times here already this year, but it very well could have been her house. My son walked back to rubber neck and said he smelled smoke. I also know that the roof on the house is fairly new and shouldn't have any shingles gone. I have yet to see the ambulance drive back out but I might have missed it leaving. One of the neighbors said there were injuries in the house, so who knows.

Later I heard them mention a Vent Cap appeared to be missing. So it may not have been the shingles.

I thought I heard the ambulance clear with a signed refusal but a couple of other things started happening at/about the same time and I was unsure it it was directly related to this incident.
