4 of the 5 were students, the one not was likely a drug dealer, and the shooter didn't want him moving in on his territory.

Morgan State is a college for the usual suspects. It should be no surprise that it has had a shooting.
Luckily there is no store there to be looted except the book store and I doubt they would loot that.

I did hear this is the 3rd yr in row a shooting has happened during homecoming. All the thugs came home.

5 shot none killed? I will not go grizzly hunting with him as my backup. What was he using a .17 or 22 bb? I'm glad the animals know nothing about center mass.
Outside of that............. meh goes with the turf.
