Evil is everywhere. Could be the person behind you in the bank or in front of you at the grocery store. Unfortunately, they do not wear tshirts that say "I abuse animals", "I like touching children" or "I beat my wife and children regularly"
I do believe there is a special hell for animal abusers, child molesters, etc . Besides having to live with themselves on earth; when they die, every tortured animal and human and all their friends are going to make their everlasting life/death pure HELL.
