St. Mary's Co. How do I buy dirt?

A good portion of my back yard washed away in the last month. I believe I have addressed the drainage problem, but now I need some fill dirt that isn't completely rocks, but also is heavy enough it won't wash away (unlike those bags of topsoil from the box stores that seems to completely wash away the first time it rains).

I don't have a truck so I would need to have it delivered, and I need too much for me to make a hundred trips to buy the little bags even if I did like the way they worked.

Who do I call for this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
