How do I do this...

I exported from a software program to Excel. I have 10k rows of records with all their order numbers and dates in columns I want to be able to see their last order, but since the records have anywhere from 1-99 orders how oh how do I get their last one showing in the same column. Right now the first column is their ID the next is an order number followed by the order date. If I wanted to just capture their last order number and date?

1. Freeze the column titles:Highlight the row with titles (ID,order number, order date), click on Window -> freeze
2. Set autofilter on:move cursor to cell A1, press the key ctrl-A, on the menu, click on Data, select Filter -> Auto Filter
3. Done
