See what's using up my CPU usage??

I know how to do "ctrl, alt, del", and see it spiking but how do I find the culprit??

After clicking CAD, click on the processes tab. That should tell you who doing it and then hit end process at the bottom.

I do that but it lists dozens of processes

Look in the 3rd column. This is the CPU column, it should show different percentages of the memory being used. Find the one running the most memory and end that process. :howdy:

System Idle is supposed to be the most CPU usage - it's nothing. Just idle.

Do a spyware scan - I'll bet that's what's slowing you down.

It's not using it up - it's saying that x% of your cpu is idle, not being used.

Do a spyware scan.
