How do you find parents that need a live out nanny

Our Nanny has been with us for 16 years and we have outgrown the need for child care. I am trying to find a new family for her to care for on a "live out" basis in Calvert County. Any ideas where we should advertise?

I know someone that might be interested depending on the amount. What would this person expect for pay per month? benefits?

It would depend upon the expected hours, number of children, etc. but her current pay is $300 per week.

yeah yeah
Right now, I am making WAY under what is normal for me- but that is because I am willing to help someone out- while I am going to school.

You cost too damn much. :lmao:

Considering this is her full time job, I don't think she is overpaid. Do you really think it is unreasonable for someone to earn $15,000 per year for 10 hour days 5 days a week?

I would have gladly paid her more, if I could have afforded it. And, since she came highly recommended, I was happy to find someone that I could trust my infant with - definitely worth the $$ for peace of mind.

A lot of people pay daycare fees close to that for one child..

If I had more than one kid it would be cheaper to go with a Nanny than a daycare, and get very personal care for your kids..

And she was only making 300 a week and didn't get free room and board??

What a bargain..
