Throw the boy out of the window. Preferably a second or third story window.

Daughter would be grounded - as in lockdown grounded - and put the fear of God in the boy. This is where Larry Gude came in handy - the boys would come sniffing around the 3 daughters and here's this big looming dad giving them the stink eye.
