Maybe they will kill him off first, he has just tested positive for the Wuhan Flu. Then they can implement all mail in voting for the midterm and make gains in both the House and Senate.

Did I see somewhere that they just announced Biden has cancer?? Brain Tumor would have been too much and screamed 25th.. Cancer is safe enough to garner votes and sympathy without screaming for his resignation.
