How much of the Democrats' destruction of America really affects you?

My knee jerk was, "Not very much." Then I was like, except gas prices. And groceries skyrocketing. And my retirement account tanking. So I'm actually taking a pretty significant financial hit from these sociopaths.

But as far as all the hate and discontent the ghetto scum in NYC/LA/DC spew - including the ghetto scum who parade around in $100,000 dresses at the Met Gala - none of that is a part of my life. Despite their best efforts to make everyone hate each other, my environment has pretty much unanimously rejected that.

My side hustle is in the hospitality industry and it's so incredibly pleasant and rewarding I don't look forward to my days off. There are a handful of buttholes who don't know how to act, and another handful of folks who aren't as detail oriented as they could be about their reservations which causes some stress, but that's maybe 2% of the people I interact with daily. The other 98% are a joy, across all ages, races, and genders.

And going about my business around town - grocery shopping, dinner, entertainment venues, what have you - are overwhelmingly stress-free. We have random crime and we had that BLM crap last month, but the cops take care of it and it doesn't get out of hand.

We also don't have too many Democrats here, and I think that makes a big difference. Teachers here aren't going to be sexually grooming their young students. There aren't going to be any kiddie drag shows.

I think I've asked this question before but I don't remember what you all said, if anything. How much of the social crazy the progs are pushing really affects your life? Because if I didn't watch the news I'd have no idea any of this was happening. The most I see is on a local FB page some random prog always wants to come on and pick fights, but they're pretty handily mocked and sent packing.

How much pushing really affects my life............ other than my blood pressure and wallet no interactions with them at all. I'm a TV news junkie so yeah, often safety wired to the pissed off position when I see the bullshiit.

I listened to Sheriff Mike Lewis yesterday say something along these lines regarding gun violence and society as a whole. In the end, his number was 98% for good and decent people, 1% bad decisions,1/2% pure evil, and another 1/2% that truly need mental health support.

Not nearly as badly as the portly, overfed swine who last had a hand a running the country.

I'm hedged against gas price increases, so really couldn't care less. I hope it goes to $10/gallon.

The price of gas and food are kicking my ass but otherwise I am doing ok.
I am aware of course of the murders in Democrats cities, and I am thoroughly pissed about the people who have been in DC jail for the Jan 6th incident. My take on that is either give them bail turn them loose or try them. There is no excuse for the way they are being treated. No trial no bail and they don't even know what they are actually charged with.

I don't live in a Democrat city so I am pretty safe. I do live in a democrat State and that needs some changes, but we have about 3 Counties running Maryland and it's going to stay that way.

Well, you're a selfish sociopath Democrat, so.......

You're another person who has no place in my life. You're a 1%er, the guy I see on the news but never IRL. That rando who jumps into FB discussions to color on the walls, moon everyone, then run away. The person who makes the rest of us thankful for our lives because even when things get tough at least we're not you.

There's a part of me that's sorry for you, but mostly I don't care because you're nothing to me.

Other than Crosby trying to spread his racist and liberal/Steny crap on the South end of the county it doesn’t affect me at all. Plus he stays primarily in the northern end of his district so we don’t have to see him that often.
All of my grandchildren are in private school so they’re not being indoctrinated by the sexual/woke public school and I am blessed the economic situations surrounding us dont affect me that much.

All this destruction the Democrats are perpetrating really hurts the very people they claim to champion: the poor and minorities. And women, if you count their war on women, encouraging men to take over and dominate female spaces.

They are bigots and white supremacists, and it's crystal clear right in front of our faces.

Absent TV & the internet, I wouldn't be aware of all the shenanigans in big urban areas. I'm not sure I even personally know any felons. I know a few people from my past that ended up in prison. But that number is just a handful. I don't interact with law enforcement in my daily life. I think my last speeding ticket was in 2010. An Adirondacks NY speed trap.

Fuel and food prices affect me but not enough for me to curtail purchasing them.

Bethany Shondark (Mandel) was commenting on this very thing this morning on WMAL. They were talking in reference to NPR saying that "people that menstruate"

People who menstruate are saying it's hard to find tampons on store shelves across the U.S. right now, as supply chain upsets reach the feminine care aisle.
Birthing people, people that menstruate, zer. The left groupthink is to eradicate women as a whole and replace them with preferred pronouns.

My preferred pronoun is "bitchywomanwhois ontheragandgoingthrumenopausesoleavemethe****alone".
Or, to keep it simple you can just say "SHE'S going thru a rough time right now".

I hope this shortage is remedied before deer season opens. My buddies that deer hunt, dip then in scent and tie them to low hanging tree limbs to draw in the horny bucks.
