The WJLA News at Noon interviewed a Ms. Melanie T. Diggs, a P. G. County Libarry manager, about an exciting new "Black History Month" program that references the black cultures!!! How neat!! One of the lecturers will be a real "live" BLACK PANTHER.... So coooooolllll.. Maybe he killed people, burned down the city, and suffered strife!!!! wow..
