Power with Control
Step one - Be very very careful.
This guy is pretty damn good at putting thing together. The flight that the FAA said could take til the end of November has been cleared for Sunday. Booster comes back to Mechazilla for the catch attempt. Starship itself goes "sorta" orbital, meaning high enough and fast enough that a bit more burn would make it orbital, but they hold off that bit an reenter over the Indian Ocean. Last time, they had plasma break through one of the flaps and melt like 30% of that flap away and the vehicle was still able to flip and enter a hover. Since then, they have reinforced the heat shield system so odds are good they will make it even cleaner this time.
But of course space is hard, so the only thing guaranteed is excitment......
