.....transfer video file from facebook to I-Phone?? I don't have one, so I have NO clue. Heeeellllp!

May not directly get it to your iPhone, but should get you started in the right direction.
If you use the mobile site (m.facebook.com -- and you want to do this from your normal, desktop browser) you should be able to. It may be possible with an actual mobile browser, but I don't have access to one at the moment. Once you are at the video you want, right-click and your menu should have an option to Save Video As. Facebook uses .mp4 so once you navigate to the directory in which you want to save it, you should be able to click Save and you're all set.
The right-click bit is very Windows-centric. If you have a mac, you want to option-click.
ONce you have the video you should be able to mail it to an account you have available to you on the iPhone to get it there.
