Mine was a blast. First we hit Solomon's pier for some awesome crab dip and cream of crab soup (plus toasted almond drinks). I made it around 3:00p.m. I think. I remember at first it was so cold that condensation from a Mai Tai cup, had frozen to my fleece pullover. Aside from that we spent a lot of time in some place called Hula's I think, which was next door to the tiki bar. Met lots of people in there, and saw plenty of boobies as well (even some nice piercings). Later that night I remember dancing with some women at the outside part where they had a DJ.

Can't really remember the rest of the night.

Anyone have any good stories??

TIKI?

Was there about 4 on Friday. TOO many cops there to be able to let your hair down and have a good time.. and too cold to do anything to earn any beads!! Think Sunday could have been a lot more fun if they co-planned this with the bike blessing.. nuttin more fun then a thousand or two bikers at a bar opening!! ALl they accomplished this week-end is get in the way of my daily walks on the island.. but will be out there again tonight, and WILL stop into HULA"s and try one of those red frozen drinks I saw floating around!

MY TIKI EXPERIENCE: Was trying to drive through to the bayside and having a big cow in clothes 4 sizes to small stand right in front of me and refuse to move! I sat patiently but DANG, how long should I have let her graze! I was just about to hit her in the ### with my bumper when a very nice dirty greasy biker told her to get her oversized rumpus out of my way and started telling everyone that was why the cops come down so hard on tiki~iers! Which is exactally right, Now my "problem" happened at 2 in the afternoon....I can imagine how drunk she was by nightfall. GO HAVE A GREAT TIME, but please don't be an ###, it ruins it for everyone else!

I heard that 72 were arrested at The Tiki Bar over the weekend so it must have been a blast!

We had dinner at CD Cafe Saturday evening and were going to go back to the Tiki, but I didn't feel like walking the whole island (I know, how lazy am I  ) again. So, back over the bridge we went.

72 arrests? I didn't see a single one. Sounds like the rumor that the tiki bar is no longer open, that goes around every year.

Actually, there was 72 in Calvert, alone. St. Mary's County arrested another 5, along with me and two friends.
