You're all F'in Mad...
Did anyone open your mailbox this week to find a Hoyer campaign ad waiting for you? The one I received has a picture of a firefighter on the front, with the words "They Carry a Heavy Load." You open the brochure to see "Congressman Steny Hoyer - Helping Carry the Load for Maryland's Firefighters."
It goes on to read that he co-sponsored a firefighter bill 5 years ago, and voted for another one 4 years ago, which helped Maryland fire departments receive over $16 million on grant money since 2001. All good stuff, right?
But then, over on the left, there's a picture of Steny sitting in a DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA fire engine!
