One week from today, hardworking Maryland families will automatically receive their monthly Child Tax Credit payments of $250 per month for children ages 6 to 17, and $300 a month for children under the age of 6. As part of the American Rescue Plan, this additional assistance will set more children in Maryland up for success, put money in the pockets of parents to meet daily needs, and help fuel our economy.

"Hardworking Maryland families".... Does this mean only for those that are NOT receiving unemployment and are, you know, working hard to make ends meet? I need to know if it's worth it to have more kids since mine are over 17.

Look for another generation of state dependents to be birthed. How anyone can live cradle to grave without contributing to society is beyond me. No taxes, no vote!
