Judge Björn Schaefer ruled on Friday that Dr von Hagen's exhibits, human bodies preserved using a technique called “plastination” are not in fact legally "human remains" and can therefore be exhibited.

Von Hagens plans to exhibit 20 preserved human bodies and up to 200 preserved parts in his exhibition

Yes, there was the exhibition there in 2008. Dye Tyed and I toured it, and found it absolutely fascinating. And believe me, the bodies are VERY real and all parts of the human anatomy are displayed. Sometimes it was hilarious just watching and listening to the fellow tourists.
