Hurricane NOEL

Look out Boston, look out Portland, look out Canada. :yikes:

It look like hurricane season will end with, not as a bust, but with a bang. Category 1 Hurricane Noel is now a storm larger in size than Katrina and will deliver a glancing blow to the Northeast.

For us, it's a wind event. Wind gusts up to 50 mph overnight and tomorrow, those gusts will be fueled by the jet stream that is forcing this storm into Canada.

For those who remember Hurricane Wilma's effects on the Northeast, it's going to be a lot like that.

The storm doesn't look that impressive in strength but the size of this storm is something to behold, and it is my opinion that Noel is a storm we will be talking about for years to come.
