You need to consult the expert on things like that. SGI can spot patina-worthy junk from 100 yards and I can't see it when its right in front of me. He's gifted like that.

But speaking of old junk...I just finished thin-slicing the country ham I've been fixing for almost 4 days now..and this late 1930s slicer I fixed up is still getting the job done!
