Any recommendations for someone to do some HVAC work? I need a water heater put in and maybe a few other things. TIA

I was told HVAC could do it too because we were thinking about a swapping an oil furnace too and rather it be done by all one person. :shrug:

We got one quote but it seems a little high so I just wanted to make sure. I'd also like to use a local company/person.

You should check out Simmons Heating and air. They can install anything HVAC related. They also have reasonable prices and make sure the customer is happy. I know the owner and people that work there and they all are very nice and helpful.

Which locality are you located in?


If you are near Waldorf, check out Olympic Aire Services Inc, we just had them install a totally new system inside and out (heat pump not oil system) and are very pleased with them. Besides the warranty that comes with everything they will do any service calls for free for 3 years, and most of the cost for repairs if needed are included in that. Very nice people and very attenative, when they were getting ready to install the outside unit (Carrier system) i noticed it was the wrong one, so i said something and 30 minutes later they had the correct one at my house ready to go.
