i don't know. it really seems to depend on what the "visit" is for. powdering your nose? yeah - unimportant

It's not the technical part - it's being able to read and follow the simple instructions on the screen. I was at Shoppers the other day and the woman in front of me at the self-checkout was all befuddled. I stood there patiently for a few seconds until she threw up her hands in exasperation - "I don't know why this thing is telling me this!"

It was the screen that tells you to check your basket and make sure you've scanned all your items, then press Okay to continue.

I had one over the summer. A machine did the whole thing. Easy Peasy. It's when you go back and they try to pop off the temporary crown that's scary.
