I am stuffed.

All that talk about pot roast got me going, so made one today. Came out just perfect. Falling apart, just the right seasoning, lots of veggies. Served it with a big chunk of French bread.

The only thing I didn't like was the cauliflower I put in. It kinda disintegrated and there were little bits of it floating around. Other than that, I done good, if I do say so myself.

Ow...... hurt my arm patting myself on the back.....

I like cauliflower. And sprouts too, but I wouldn't put sprouts in my pot roast.

You learned the hard way not to put cauli in your roast again.

I made the same this morning (but no cauliflower...just onions, taters and carrots) When or if the potatoes melt down it just makes for a thicker gravy.

How many made pot roast this weekend?
