I cannot keep clothes on her!

How long does this phase last??

I swear I must tell my 3 year old 100 times a day to go put clothes on. So she is running around naked and I remind her to put something on and she says ok mommy but don't come in here and don't look!
All of a sudden her idea of privacy kicks in?? :killingme

I think all kids go through that one.....ask her to put on her big girl panties and a t-shirt, maybe that will make her happy. My daughter at the age of three was picking out her clothes and if you tried to change what she had picked out then she would take everything off and have a fit. Naked screaming stubborn 3 yr old kid is no fun......she is 20 now.....LOL...and yes still stubborn but she now keeps her clothes on so there is hope!!!!!!....:lmao:

Well she likes to stand in our bay window and how house is right across from a stop sign it could be a bit of a problem. Actually she does not mind wearing dresses she just changes them so many times a day sometimes she just does not put anything on.

I let both of my little ones who are 3 and 1 go without clothes unless we are going somewhere. My three year old doesnt like clothes either. If we go somewhere as soon as we come back the clothes are coming off. Now my 1 year old watches sissy and decides she wants to be just like her. Except she takes her diaper off as well.... So I figure it must be a faze and she'll grow out of it.

My son is 9 we have yet to get him to stay in his clothes. As soon as he gets home from school he's down to his skivvies in no time flat! :lmao:

from my experience, this phase usually reverses itself in extreme measures by the time they are 18

Our youngest daughter did the same thing! She would come home from daycare or a day out with us and strip down to her birthday suit! It was hard to keep clothes on her so we just let her run around naked. Now she is 11 and loves her privacy! I really think that there is nothing wrong with it, it's just a phase and all, just let the child have fun!

I'm convinced my 2 1/2 year old is a future stripper. She loves to be naked. I'm just glad that so far in public places she keeps her clothes on. I snapped a picture of her the other day. She fell asleep in the recliner stark naked. No modesty at all!

I used to do it, I would escape when my mom would put a diaper on me and run outside for all the world to see :yahoo:

I still liked being nude :whistle:

The kid I used to nanny for had a habit when we came home he would strip, down to nothing and sit on his sheep shearling on the couch, he was 2 and it was easy to potty train him this way.

I say let them be naked!

My mom would get me ready for church and then go help my older sisters with something and she would come back in the room and I would be hiding under my crib stripped completely naked. She said she would get me out of there and no sooner get me dressed again that I was naked again. She had to keep me with her all the time just to keep my clothes on for church! :lmao:

Went to a friends house last night. They have a little boy who just turned 4 -running naked through the house and their front yard. Playing just as if he had on clothes. Cracking me up. He found a towel and was wearing it as a cape and still naked. Parents just acted as if it was normal. He was flashing us later in the night.

Remember this time and use it when she gets a serious boyfriend or on her wedding day. :lmao:

I had to put my kids diapers on with the fastners in the back so they couldn't reach them! Kids and nakedness just go together! My daughter came in one morning and found her 15 month old completely naked and the crib soaked. The diaper was completely dry so he took it off right after she put him to bed evidently!
