I stopped off and got a 12 pack on the way home from work. They now call me by my 1st name at the liquor store, which is kind of personable but embarrassing. :confused:

:lmao: I grew up in Pomfret, about a 1/2 a mile from Hunt's Tavern. My girlfriend and I would get cigarettes there and the bartender always asked my girlfriend "so, are your parents going to be here again tonight?"

One of my best friends owns that place and I hang out there ... :huggy: great place!!!! I might know your parents...:ohwell: Also now my friend [XXXX] is back to having free pool on Sundays and during the Nascar game, folks bring in food - so its free food too, and its free Shooters for every "caution" that comes out during the Nascar race. Its a bit of an older crownd but, fun place to hang out - you just need to go a few times so the folks get to know ya. Maybe on a Sunday me, BF, you and hubby can go hang out there and I'll introduce you to a bunch of folks! :huggy: They also have darts...... :dance:

Try rotating your beer runs. Maybe you won't look like such a regular then. But do you really care? I wouldn't. Your helping keep them there. It is your perogative on how much you consume.
