I have a question for the business owners

Well, it depends a lot on the specialty of the business and the post you apply for. As a business owner, I will look for different things in a simple employee and manager. However, lately, I've been seeing a lot of applications. Most of them are the same. The one that did surprise me had attached some files to it. He got the job.

What would make a woman engineer who has the right degree, is a tinkerer, but took time off to be a stay-at-home mom, be hireable in your opinion?
