Tis now the sunset of the station wagon, as I park it in favor of the E350 HD Van w/ factory tow package I just bought. '99, fresh body, clean, new motor (<5K on it). Needs U Joints but is drivable as is, and that's about it, other than gutting it and pimping out the back. Haha.

I can pull my boat!

I can cart the kids AND dogs AND wife. WOW!

If I decide to start training dogs again I can slap graphics on it and install some racks for my gear!

Holy crap... how many 15" subs do you suppose I can pack in there?

I'm happy to be vanned again. Can you tell? :)

I can't even remember the last time I saw a station wagon.

The old ones were cool. I loved riding in the very back...backwards.

Congrats on the "new" van.

Thank you! It is hard to have a nice vehicle for me what with the dogs, and the wife having a new car... This is a treat for me, I usually drive beaters (and don't mind because I can do all kinds of craziness with them, haha!).

I think I have. Ugly . Do they have three rows of seats? I just thought it was a long ugly sedan.

I miss the old Woodies.

Full wagon, lots of seating options. I tried to get a diagram of the interior, but it's no longer on the dodge website.... poof.

There's one in my driveway.
[/B]A Suburu Outback[/B] and I'll race that Dodge Magnum next time there's 6 inches of snow on the highway
Pretend station wagon. Go on with your bad self. :killingme. Nothing against Subies. My mom has one, but it is not a station wagon...just an elongated small sedan. Seats four comfortably and five are cramped unless little people or kids. JMO.

Did you ever get the thrill of riding in the back of one?

My family had a boring Volvo bubble looking sedan. No fun. Worse, Mom and Dad had two matching ones, just different colors. Circa 1968, perhaps?

God, I feel so old. :lmao:

No, they made me ride in the back of the truck.

My mom had an old Chevy wagon... I used to be the 'tailgunner' :)

My dad had a Corvair with a horrendous backfire.

Thats about all I remember.

My parents had a Pontiac Executive Station wagon, I was "tailgunner" in that
My father also had a 64 monza with the 180 turbo charged engine. (not original engine)
in 69 he bought a GTO that ended up being mine in the late 70s.
