I #####ed about my mortgage broker and almost went with someone else, but Jennie at American Mortgage Professionals in Prince Frederick did right by me.
I wanted a no money down, 100% loan (no 80/20) AND I already owned another house!! She, despite my PITA ways, she worked her ass off and got me exactly what I wanted and here I am in the home that's absolutely perfect for me.
And I'll give a shout out to Jetmore Insurance, who gave me an excellent rate and talked to me plainly when I didn't understand what I needed.
Did I mention that my agent was Christy King of Long and Foster Lex Park? She was THE BOMB and made my scary buying experience painless. Between she, Jennie and Ronnie at Jetmore, they held my hand and really made me feel so at ease with this major purchase.
