They are trying not be in the way. Ideas have been floated about replacing a SC justice and having Biden resign and have Harris step in.

The true test will be once the new Congress is seated and all the House Democrats vote no on the 1st bill.

Gotta say, I don't know whether to laugh or cry at the prospect of Harris as SCOTUS justice. Just the idea of hearing another long-winded idiotic rant when she renders an opinion will probably KILL the others with laughter. I do think she might be too stupid to live.
