Clearly it's some SS agent's fault Dopey Joe can't make it up a set of stairs without stumbling. They should fit him with a dog cone.

Well the cone might impede the 1st Sniffer's activity but he would be an even bigger klutz. They need to get him one of those stair-lift chairs and strap him in for the climb, best to include a 5 strap harness so he doesn't fall from the chair.
